  • Making the site safer

As many will have noticed there is a lot of movement on site.

The industrial site is abuzz with activity as we work tirelessly to bring about new promised changes and developments. The once dull and dreary industrial unit at the back of the site, these buildings have now been transformed into modern, sleek structures, with a completely new finish and with shiny new solar panels adorning their roofs.

What we hope will have also caught many or our visitors on sites attention are the hanging baskets that lined the entrance, bursting with colourful flowers and lush greenery. It may be a small touch, but it has, definitely brought a sense of nature back to the industrial site.

Both these combined are all part of our efforts to make the site not only functional but also environmentally friendly. With the new solar panels, we hoped to eventually be able to produce enough renewable energy to allow us to supply the entire site with clean, renewable energy alongside our biomass heating that we currently supply. Ourselves and many of our current tenants are impressed and excited to be a part of this new and improved industrial site.

We hope that all new potential tenants that visit our industrial business park will feel a sense of anticipation for what was to come. After all, who wouldn’t want to be a part of a place that was not only innovative but also cared for the planet?

We are also introducing a newsletter to keep everyone up to date with new and exciting information that is happening on the site, as well as it will give our tenants the opportunity to share any information regarding their companies and what is happening in the near future.
